There are many actresses like Kangana Ranaut, Mamta Kulkarni, Geetika Tyagi, Mamta Patel, Payal Rahatgi, Priti Jain and Suchitra Krishnamoorthy who have spoken boldly in their interviews about such sordid experiences that they had faced such situations at the initial point of their careers. On the other side, there are opportunistic bold girls as well who offer physical intimacy on their own to get break in movie projects to further their career overnight. The Casting Couch incidents often take place in film and television industries pan India. The new girls are exploited more often than the ones who have already been doing work but they also get trapped on promises of big breaks as heroine at times. Some girls give in before such offers willingly or unwillingly wherein they have to part with sexual favors to get a break in films or TV show. 

Behind the curtains lots of things take place in the glamour world that never see light. There are scores of people who have been victimizing aspiring actresses for a long time and are smart enough to target the gullible girls by selling BIG LIES that all the Bollywood heroines have slept with some director or producer at their initial stages. sometimes they do get instructions from the top and at times they do it own their own to develop physical relations with the girls. 

These casting agents or coordinators spend considerable time to prepare the girls mentally for it spending weeks and months. The new comers not knowing much about how things are done here, most often than not, believe them and get trapped. The actresses are told straight off, why should a director or producer give them a break. There are lots of talented girls in town. The production house has to spend lots of money producing a film. why should they spend money on her? If she expects a favor from them then she has to offer favor. 

Some people manage to hide such episodes intelligently and some incidents do surface on and off. This one particular incident wherein a girl was contacted for a film turns out to be a gutsy girl. She was shocked to learn that she would have to sleep with the director to get a chance as heroine. She didn't want to go for such cheap thing for her career and made up her mind to teach him a lesson. With the help of her friends, she got hold of this guy, Deepak Mishra on camera and slapped him, released him only after he apologized for what he had done.

These days, There is an uptrend of making biographical movies in Bollywood and DANGAL is one of those upcoming films on life accounts of a wrestler Mahavir that looks quite promising. Aamir Khan is an actor who has always sets his eyes on something rare and special since he is known to be very choosy in terms of movies he wants to do. He doesn't take up movie assignments unless the script click him mentally. If he has done this movie there has to be a substance in it and that ensures the audience they may expect something special from him through this movie as well after PK. 

After watching DANGAL, Karan Johan, has hinted at a great deal of substance in the said film. 

Aamir khan has always been very secretive about the content of the film. Though every body knows that this new flick is based on the life accounts of Mahavir Singh Phogat a famous wrestler, who taught wrestling to his daughters, Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari. Geeta, freestyle wrestler who had won India's first ever gold medal in wrestling at the Commonwealth Games, in 2010. Incidentally, she is also the first-ever Indian woman wrestler to have qualified for the Olympics.Her sister, Babita and cousin Vinesh Phogat are the gold medalists of Commonwealth Games.

So much so, he doesn't allow mobile phones on his sets. whoever he/she may be, as a rule, has to leave their mobile handsets outside the set that are collected by a production chap with owner's tag on it and given back to the crew and actors only after days' shoot is over. This thumb rule is strictly followed by everyone working with him. 

Actor, Karmveer Choudhary who has done several Bollywood films till date is extremely fortunate to have played Aamir Khan's father in the film. He added that an actor of his caliber and director Nitesh Tiwari cooperated a great deal and made him comfortable during the shoot as he was pretty tense being in the same frame with such a great actor. Karmveer was even honored when Aamir patted his back in appreciation after the scene and his joy had no bounds when Aamir Khan called him back after the shoot for a SPECIAL PHOTO for fond memories that was taken by assistant director. He said even a single close with a huge actor like Aamir Khan is a great achievement of life though he is lucky to have a few scenes with him in the film. He is praying sincerely that he gets to see all his scenes in the film after the release for he is well aware of the common fact that often scenes get trimmed in the films before release.

MAKING MONEY ON SOME BODY ELSE'S CREATIVE WORK...

There are umpteen news, stories and cases available about Indian film makers copying script ideas, stunt sequences, lighting patterns, background score and song tunes from HOLLYWOOD MOVIES in Bollywood shamelessly. The unethical plagiarists don't even spare their fellow Indian writers who are members of the same film writers association, Mumbai who on and off suffer a great loss whenever the film directors and writers from Bollywood bending low so as to copy their original works and go ahead making films on them daringly. It is painful to see later how the original creator fights for the copy rights justice and ends up spending years in Indian  courts. At times poor guys surrender mid way and sometimes lucky ones win too if they are able to sustain the legal battle till logical end.

COPY CATS OF INDIA...

There are several examples but I remember two famous cases vividly where Indian producers had to pay a huge chunk of money in Crores before the release to a Hollywood screenwriter in Supreme Court on whose movie Indian film makers had made a Hindi film secretly. And in other case, the producer had to pay in Crores too to an Indian Music director whose tune had been lifted by a famous music director.

At times some people copy frame to frame the entire films so brazenly and do not feel embarrassed at all to face criticisms especially from film critics who regularly watch all kinds world cinema and write about it in their reviews. Sometimes Indian film makers even borrow sequences, themes from french, Korean, Italian, Chinese and even south Indian films too for that matter. Plagiarism is not that rare in Bollywood and is pretty much in fashion these days in the times of Remakes and sequels. 

On the other side, there are plenty of righteous film makers as well in Bollywood who work hard to create original concepts and at times when they are impressed to see others' work to such an extent that they tend to buy the copy rights from the original writers honestly and pay them certain remunerations for making Hindi films over their ideas.  

There are scores of poster designers who steal poster designs too in India. And the original creators who had spent good chunk of time and energy on conceiving and designing them are paid nothing for this secret stealth.
